Define your team's working hours to automate responses, manage availability, and create a smooth experience for your customers.

How to Set Up Business Hours

  1. Log in to your Qpien account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Account at the bottom and click the Company section.

  3. In the Company section, click Business hours, you can update the following:

  4. Under the Business Hours section:

    • Select the days of the week your team is available.

    • Set the opening and closing times for each selected day.

  5. Save your changes.

Why It Matters

Setting business hours allows you to:

  • Trigger automated replies outside of working hours.

  • Show online or offline status in your live chat widget.

  • Improve customer expectations by letting them know when to expect a reply.

  • Ensure automation flows and team schedules align with availability.
