How to update or reset your password?

Maintaining a secure password is vital for protecting your communication data. Whether you want to update your current password for security reasons or need to regain access to your account after forgetting it, this guide covers both processes.

Updating Your Password (Inside the Dashboard)

If you know your current password and want to change it:

-> Navigate to Settings and click on the Password tab.

  • Current Password: Enter your existing password.

  • New Password: Enter a new, strong password.

  • Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password.

-> Click the Update button in the upper-right corner.

⚠️ If the two passwords do not match exactly, you will receive a “Passwords Do Not Match” warning and the “Update” button in the upper right corner will not be active.

❌ If the current password is entered incorrectly, the password cannot be changed.

Resetting a Forgotten Password (Login Screen)

If you have lost access to your account, you can reset your password following these steps:

-> Click on the “Forgot your password?” option on the "Login" page.

-> Enter your registered email address on the Reset your Password page and click the “Reset Password” button.

A password reset link will be sent to your email address.

-> Check your email inbox and click on the link.

-> On the page that opens, enter your new password in both fields in the same way.

✅ Finally, click the “Save” button to successfully update your password.

✅ When you see the message “Your password has been successfully reset” in the top right corner, your password has been renewed.

🔑 You can now go to the login page and log in to the system with your email address and new password.
