Notification Preferences
How to configure email and in-app notification settings?
Stay on top of every customer interaction by fine-tuning your notification settings. Qpien allows you to customize how and where you receive alerts, ensuring you never miss a message while maintaining your focus. These settings are personal and will only apply to your individual account.
Accessing Notification Settings
To manage your alerts,
-> Click on your Profile Avatar in the bottom left menu and select Profile.
-> Once on the Account page, navigate to the Notifications tab.

Sound Settings
Chat Sound: You can set the sound that will play when a new message arrives from the other party while any chat is open.
Message Sound: This generally refers to the notification you will hear when a new message arrives. It can be changed here.
Notification Sound Volume: You can adjust the volume of notifications. You can test the level you have selected by clicking the “Test” button next to it.

Notification Channels
You can choose whether notifications come via web, mobile, or email from the following options:
New Unassigned Conversation : You can choose where you want to receive notifications for messages from conversation that have not yet been assigned to anyone.
New Conversation Assigned to Me: When a new conversation is assigned to you, you can specify which channel you want the notification to come from.
New Message in Conversations Assigned to Me: When a new message arrives in a conversation assigned to you, you can choose which channels you want to receive notifications from.
New Message in Unassigned Conversations: When a new message arrives in unassigned conversation , you can set whether you want the notification to come via web, mobile, or email.

Mobile Notifications
In the Send Mobile Notifications section, you can set up which notifications you want to receive via the mobile app.

💾 You can save your changes by clicking the “Update” button in the upper right corner.
