Performance Reports
View reports on average response and resolution times, with customizable filters for users and dates.

You can access reports for average first response time and resolution time.

You can access reports for average resolution time.

Open the filter section by clicking the Filter button.
From here, you can select the Conversation Type.

In the Users section, you can generate reports for all users or select a specific user to create user-specific reports.
You can also set the start and end dates for the report here.
