Calls Reports
On the Calls page, you can use the filter button to filter your call reports by channel and date range, and view the number of incoming and outgoing calls.

In the Calls tab, you can view the number of incoming and outgoing calls.

On the Calls page, click the Filter button to filter your call reports.

In the opened filter panel, you can filter using the channel, start date, and end date options.
Incoming Calls

In the Incoming Calls report, you can review calls as Answered, Rejected, or Missed.
Outgoing Calls

In the Outgoing Calls report, you can review calls as Answered, Rejected, or Missed.
Average Wait Time

With this chart, you can get information about the Average Wait Time.
Average Talk Time

With this chart, you can get information about the Average Talk Time.
