Artificial Intelligence Representative (Comment)
This section allows you to determine how the AI Assistant will function on comment channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
The settings and features in this section are for the AI Assistant used in comment channels.
The channels specified for comments include social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
The settings made here determine how your AI Assistant will respond to comments and how it will process them.

When you open the Comment AI Assistant page, you must first enable this feature.
Once the feature is enabled, you can individually enable or disable the options that suit your needs from the options that appear.
By setting the status of each feature according to your preferences, you can determine how Artificial Intelligence will respond to comments and perform actions.

In this field, you can write your response instructions by specifying whether Artificial Intelligence will provide a general response or a specific response to comments.
To enable comment response instructions, you must fill in at least one of these fields.
This way, Artificial Intelligence will work to respond to comments according to the instructions you provide.

The Comment AI Assistant will work according to the settings in this section when positive feedback is received at the end of the comment or when the “AI Helped” button is clicked.
If you enable the “Add Closing Tag” option, the AI Assistant will add a closing tag appropriate to the topic of the comment.
If you enable the “Add Closing Note” option, the AI Assistant will add a note summarizing the comment's subject and solution at the end of the comment.
This way, when the comment is reopened, you can quickly see what was discussed with this person and what solution was provided.
No changes can be made by the user in the “Action” section; the AI Assistant automatically closes the comment process.

The Comment AI Assistant will operate according to the settings in this section when negative feedback is received at the end of a comment or when the “AI Was Not Helpful” button is clicked.
In the Action section, select the target to which you want the comment to be directed:
Transfer to Representative → The comment is forwarded to the specified representative.
Transfer to Team → The comment is directed to the selected team members.
For example, if you select Forward to Representative, you can then specify which representative to forward it to.
This allows you to control who the comment will be forwarded to in case of a negative situation.
The same logic applies to the Forward to Team option; the comment is forwarded to the selected team members.

In this section, you can specify which channels the AI will respond to support requests from.
For example, if you want the AI Assistant to respond to requests from different channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and email, you must select the relevant channels here.
