Team Management

You can create, delete and edit teams.

Teams are used to categorize users.

  • When creating a team, you can select the users who will be included in that team and determine which channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) these users will have access to.

  • For example, if you select only Instagram, users will only be able to see and respond to messages from Instagram; they will not be able to access or respond to messages from other channels.

1. 🆕Creating a Team
  • Click on the Settings page from the main menu to access the settings page.

  • Click on the “Team” option in the side menu to open the page listing the teams.

💡 After opening your first account, a team named “Main Team” is automatically created by default.

  • We start the process of creating a new team by clicking the “New Team” button in the upper right corner.

  1. Team Name: Enter a name for your team in the field provided.

  2. Team Members: Select the users you want to be on the team.

  3. Message Channels: Select which channels' messages will be forwarded to this team.

💡 For example: WhatsApp, Instagram, Trendyol, etc.

  1. Emoji Selection: Click on the emoji section to select an emoji that suits your team.

  1. Creating a Team: After entering all the information, you can create a new team by clicking the “Create” button.

  1. ⚙️ Team Organization

💡The 2/4 expression visible in the upper right corner indicates the information “number of teams created / maximum number of teams that can be created.”

  • Click the three dots (⋮) icon on the far right of the row for the team you want to edit.

  • You can make changes to the team by selecting the “Edit” option from the menu that opens.

  • On the editing screen;

    • Team name

    • Users

    • Channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram…)

    • Emoji

you can change this information.

  • After completing your updates, click the “Update” button.

  • The changes you have made will take effect immediately, and your team will appear in the list with the updated information.


3. 🗑️ Deleting a Team
  • Click on the three-dot menu located on the far right of the row of the team you want to delete.

  • Select the “Delete” option from the list that appears.

  • In the window that appears, enter the specified confirmation text in the relevant field for security purposes.

  • Finally, click the “Delete” button to complete the process.

💡⚠️ Deleted teams are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

💡The ‘Delete’ button remains inactive and the deletion process cannot be performed unless a confirmation message is entered.
