New Call, WhatsApp Message, Email

On the Qpien chat screen, you can send a WhatsApp message, email, or initiate a new call. With the WhatsApp option, you can select the sender line and recipient, write your message, and send it. With the email option, you can send a new email to the person, and with the new call option, you can make a direct call. This allows you to easily manage all your communication channels from one place.

  1. Whatsapp Message


Click the pencil icon on the chat screen.

From the menu that opens, select one of the options: WhatsApp message, new email, or new call.

If you select WhatsApp, you can send a message directly to the chosen person via WhatsApp.

With the Email option, you can prepare and send a new email to the person.

The New Call option allows you to directly call any phone number you wish.


In the panel that opens, if you have multiple WhatsApp lines, select which line the message will be sent from in the From field.

In the To field, you can choose from your saved contacts or click the “+” button to enter a WhatsApp number for an unsaved contact.

Write your message in the Message field.

Finally, click the “Send” button to deliver your message.
