Connecting Marketplaces to Qpien
Learn how to connect Amazon, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and N11 to Qpien to manage product messages and customer questions from a single inbox.
🟠 Connect Amazon
Step 1: Go to Amazon Integration
From the Channels menu, scroll to the Marketplace section.
Click on Amazon.
Step 2: Click “New Account”
If no account is connected yet, you’ll see the message:
"You don’t have any Amazon account"
"Easily reply to Amazon messages from your Qpien inbox."
Click the New Account button.
Step 3: Fill in Account Details
In the Connect Amazon popup:
**Name ***
This is what your customers will see when you reply to messages.
Example: John Doe
Select Teams
Choose which team will manage this Amazon account.
Click Connect to complete the setup.

🟣 Connect Trendyol
Step 1: Go to Trendyol Integration
From the Marketplace section under Channels, click Trendyol.
You’ll see:
"You don’t have any Trendyol account"
"Easily reply to Trendyol product questions from your Qpien inbox."
Click New Account.
Step 2: Fill in Trendyol Account Info
In the Connect Trendyol popup:
**Store Name ***
**Seller ID ***
**API Key ***
**Secret Key ***
**Team *** (Choose the team that will manage this store)
Click Connect to finish.

🔵 Connect Hepsiburada
Step 1: Go to Hepsiburada Integration
Click Hepsiburada from the Marketplace section.
You’ll see:
"You don’t have any Hepsiburada account"
"Easily reply to Hepsiburada product questions from your Qpien inbox."
Click New Account.
Step 2: Fill in Hepsiburada Details
In the Connect Hepsiburada popup:
**Store Name ***
**Merchant ID ***
**Secret Key ***
Team (optional but recommended)
Click Connect to complete.

🔴 Connect N11
Step 1: Go to N11 Integration
Click N11 from the Marketplace section.
You’ll see:
"You don’t have any N11 account"
"Easily reply to N11 product questions from your Qpien inbox."
Click New Account.
Step 2: Fill in N11 Details
In the Connect N11 popup:
**Store Name ***
**API Key ***
**Secret Key ***
Team (optional but recommended)
Click Connect.

You're All Set!
Once your marketplace account is connected, your selected team will be able to reply to customer product questions directly from the Qpien inbox — no need to switch platforms.
