You can learn step by step and make your support processes much more efficient.
1. Creating Quick Replies
Click on the Settings page from the main menu.
Click on the “Quick Replies” option in the side menu to open the page where quick replies are listed.

To add a new quick reply, click the ‘New Quick Reply’ button in the middle of the page or the ‘New Quick Reply’ button in the upper right corner.

Enter the subject of the quick reply in the relevant field.
Write the message content in the relevant field.
Complete the process by clicking the “Create” button.

2. Editing Quick Replies

Click the three dots (⋮) icon on the far right of the line of the quick reply you want to edit.

You can edit the quick reply by selecting the “Edit” option from the menu that appears.

On the editing screen, you can change the following information:
Title
Message content
After completing your updates, click the “Update” button.

The changes you make will take effect immediately, and your quick response will appear in the list accordingly.
3. Deleting Quick Replies
Click the three-dot menu on the far right of the line containing the quick reply you want to delete.
Select the “Delete” option from the list that appears.

Finally, click the “Delete” button to complete the process.
