Changing Password and Resetting a Forgotten Password
How to update your password?
Changing Password
Click on the “Password” option to open the password change screen.
Current Password: Enter your current password here.
New Password: Enter the new password you want to create here.
Confirm New Password: Re-enter your new password.
⚠️ If the two passwords do not match exactly, you will receive a “Passwords Do Not Match” warning and the “Update” button in the upper right corner will not be active.
❌ If the current password is entered incorrectly, the password cannot be changed.
💾 You can save your changes by clicking the “Update” button in the upper right corner.
Resetting a Forgotten Password
🔒 If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot my password?” option on the Login page.
On the Password Recovery page that opens, enter the email address registered to your account.
📩 When you click the “Password Recovery” button, a password reset link will be sent to your email address.
A password reset link will be sent to your email address.
Check your email inbox and click on the link.
On the page that opens, enter your new password in both fields in the same way.
✅ Finally, click the “Save” button to successfully update your password.
✅ When you see the message “Your password has been successfully reset” in the top right corner, your password has been renewed.
🔑 You can now go to the login page and log in to the system with your email address and new password.
