Add/Change Payment Method
You can access the profile panel on Qpien and manage your personal information.
To add a payment method, open the "Settings" page.

When you click on the “Current Plan” option on the panel, a page opens showing your billing, usage, and current plan information.
On this page:
You can review your billing and usage details,
You can view your current plan,
And you can update it at any time.
Adding a Payment Method

Click the pencil icon on the far right of the Payment Method row.
If you haven't added any payment methods before, the panel below will open automatically.

Fill in all required fields on the panel:
Cardholder name
Card number
Expiration date (MM/YY)
CVV / Security code
After entering the information, click the Save button to securely save your payment method.
💡Your card details are stored securely. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team.
Changing Your Payment Method

Click the pencil icon on the far right of the Payment Method row.

You can see the card details you previously added in the panel that opens.
To remove the current card, click the delete icon.

To remove the current payment method, click the Delete button and complete the process.
Then, you can save your new details by following the steps to add a payment method.

Alternatively, you can add a new payment method by clicking the “Add New Card” button directly.

Enter your new card details in the panel that opens.
Cardholder name
Card number
Expiration date
CVV (security code)
Click the Save button.
Your old card details will be deleted and your new card details will be successfully saved.
