Add/Change Payment Method
You can access the profile panel on Qpien and manage your personal information.
Qpien provides a secure and flexible way to manage your payment methods. Through the billing dashboard, you can add new credit cards, update existing ones, or switch between different payment options to ensure your subscription remains active without interruption.
➕ How to Add a Payment Method?
To securely save a new payment method to your account, follow these steps:
Go to the Settings page and select the "Current Plan" option.

Click the pencil (✏️) icon on the far right of the Payment Method row.

If you haven't added any payment methods before, the panel below will open automatically.
Fill in all required fields on the panel:
Cardholder name
Card number
Expiration date (MM/YY)
CVV / Security code

After entering the information, click the Save button to securely save your payment method
💡Your card details are stored securely. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team.
🔄 Changing or Removing a Payment Method
If you need to update your credit card or switch to a different one:
Click the pencil (✏️) icon on the far right of the Payment Method row.

To Remove a Card:
To remove the current card, click the trash icon.

You can see the card details you previously added in the panel that opens.
Then click the Delete button and complete the process.

To Replace Your Card:
You can add a new payment method by clicking the “Add New Card” button directly.

Then, you can save your new details by following the steps to "How to add a Payment Method?"

Click the Save button.
Your old card details will be deleted and your new card details will be successfully saved.
