Adding a WhatsApp Channel to Qpien
To manage customer messages through Qpien via the WhatsApp channel, you need to connect your WhatsApp Web account.
Step 1: Go to Channels > WhatsApp tab
From the left menu, click on the Channels section, select the WhatsApp tab, and click the New Account button in the center of the screen to create a new account.

Note: If you have previously created an account and want to create a new one, the “New Account” button will now appear in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Enter the Information
Fill in the details of the WhatsApp account you want to connect in the form that appears.
Required fields:
Name
Phone number
Device online status (Option to show or hide your online status to the other party)
Team (The team to which the WhatsApp account you added will be assigned)
After entering the required information, click the Connect button.
Step 3: Scan the QR Code
After clicking the Connect button, you will need to scan the QR code that appears on the screen with your phone.
Please wait until the QR code is generated. If you do not see the QR code within 2 minutes, refresh the page and try again.
To scan the QR code, follow these steps:
Open the WhatsApp app on your phone
Tap Settings > QR code icon
Scan the QR code displayed on the screen
Scan the code and wait for the connection to complete
Once the QR code scanning process is finished, you will see the details of the WhatsApp account you added displayed on your screen.
Tip:
If your QR code does not load even after refreshing the page, exit the QR code screen. The WhatsApp account you added will appear on your screen. Click the three dots on the far right of the row containing the account details and select “Refresh Token” to restart the QR code sending process.
