If you want to stop your Qpien subscription temporarily or permanently, the main step is to stop your payment method by removing your card information. Here’s how you can do it:

How to Pause or Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your Qpien account
    Go to your Account page after signing in.

  2. Navigate to Billing
    Find the section where your current payment method (credit/debit card) is stored.

  3. Remove or Delete Your Card Information
    Click on the pencil icon (edit) next to your payment method, then select Delete to remove your card details. This stops any future payments from being processed and pauses or cancels your subscription at the end of the current billing period.

  4. Confirm Your Action
    Confirm your action by clicking the Delete button. This stops any future payments from being processed and pauses or cancels your subscription at the end of the current billing period.

Important Notes:

  • Removing your payment method does not delete your Qpien account; it only stops the subscription payments.

  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime by adding a valid payment method again.

  • Until the current billing cycle ends, you can still use all your plan features.
