Connecting Telegram to Qpien

Learn how to connect your Telegram bot to Qpien and manage all Telegram messages directly from your shared inbox.

Step 1: Open Telegram Integration Settings

• From the left-hand menu in Qpien, click Channels.

• Under the Messaging section, select Telegram.

Step 2: No Bot Connected Yet

If you haven’t added a Telegram bot yet, you will see the following message:

"You don’t have any Telegram bot"
"Easily reply to Telegram messages from your Qpien inbox."

This means you’re ready to start setting up your Telegram integration.

Step 3: Add a New Telegram Account

Click the New Account button in the center of the screen.

A new form will appear with the following fields:

• Name *

  • Enter a name for this Telegram channel (only visible inside Qpien).

  • Example: Telegram Support Bot

  • This field is required.

• Select Teams

  • Choose which teams will have access to this Telegram bot.

• Telegram Bot Token

  • Paste your Telegram Bot Token here.

Step 4: Save and Connect

After filling in all fields, click the Save or Connect button.

Your Telegram bot will now be connected to Qpien, and your selected teams can start receiving and responding to messages from Telegram users — all within your Qpien inbox.
