By adding Qpien’s live chat feature to your website, you can engage with visitors before they leave and turn them into customers.
With live chat, you can:
Reach out to visitors before they exit your site
Customize the widget to match your brand’s colors and logo
Enable other channels like Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone
Customize the Live Chat Experience
You can fully tailor the live chat experience to fit your brand. From your Qpien panel, go to Channels > Live Chat to access the following settings:
1. Appearance Settings
Customize chat window colors, logo, and icon placement
Set the first welcome message shown to visitors
Define the chat title and subtitle
Adjust the position and spacing of the chat icon on your page

2. Get Started
Set the welcome message for first-time visits
Add follow-up messages after the first interaction
Ask visitors to share their contact information
Enable satisfaction rating after conversations
Automatically close inactive chats after a set time

3. Settings
Choose whether to show your online/offline status
Display team member profiles in the chat window
Enable sound notifications for incoming messages
Turn live chat visibility on or off
Add shortcuts to other channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone) so visitors can reach you in more ways

4. Translations
Customize chat content in both English and Turkish
Edit button texts, system messages, and all other content shown to your visitors

5. Installation: How to Add It to Your Website
To activate Qpien Live Chat on your website:
Go to Channels > Live Chat > Installation in your Qpien dashboard
Copy the code snippet generated for your account
Paste it into your website’s code (HTML or platform-specific settings)
Click Save to enable the live chat widget

Tip
You can also add manual buttons to your website to trigger live chat or other channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or phone calls. This gives your visitors more ways to start a conversation with your team.
After completing these steps, click on "Conversations" from the panel on the left, then go to the "Live Chat" section on the screen that opens to interact with the messages coming to your live chat.
