In Qpien, Channels are the different places where your customers send you messages. For example, WhatsApp, Instagram, live chat on your website, and email are all channels.
Why Should You Connect Your Channels?
Your customers may contact you from many different platforms. Checking each one separately is hard and takes a lot of time. Qpien brings all these channels together in one place. This way, you can see all your messages on a single screen and reply easily.
How to Connect Your Channels?
Log in to your Qpien account.
From the left menu, go to the Channels section.
From the list of channels, choose the one you want to connect, for example, WhatsApp.
Follow the steps to give permissions or enter API keys to connect the channel.
When connected, all messages from that channel will appear in your Qpien Smart Inbox.
