You can customize the notifications that your Qpien account will send you as you wish in the notification preferences section at the bottom of the page.

All Packages & Upgrade

Follow these steps to view all Qpien packages and Upgrade. Click the icon in the left corner. Then click on packages and invoices. Click on All Packages. On this page, you can find your active package and alternative packages you can use. Also, just scroll down the page for additional packages.

Follow the steps below to add a new card. 💡Note: To add a new card, your company information must be up-to-date. Click the icon in the left corner. Then click on packages and invoices. You can add the card you will pay by clicking the add new card button at the bottom of the page.

To see the Qpien package you are using, follow these steps. Press the icon in the left corner. Then click on the packages and invoices section. On this page, you can keep track of the package you use, the number of current and active users, and your payments.

Follow these steps for company information. First, click on the icon in the left corner. Then click on the ‘Company’ section to go to the section with company information In this section, you can update all the information from your company's e-mail address to its address, and you can determine the profile photo suitable for your company. After entering all your information, finish the process by updating.

Follow the steps below to reset the password. Click the icon in the left corner and go to your profile. Then click profile. After that, type your current password and set your new password, and click the update.

Update Profile Information

Follow these steps to add your Facebook account to Qpien. 💡Settings > Channels & Integrations > Instagram Click Add New Click Next. Decide which team to manage with your Facebook account. Then click connect. After connecting, log in to your account with your Facebook information, then move by selecting the accounts to be processed. After giving permission for Qpien to work correctly, continue with the process. Connect Your Instagram Account to Qpien

Add Whatsapp Account to Qpien

Follow these steps to add your WhatsApp account to Qpien. 💡Settings > Channels & Integrations > WhatsApp Click Add New Click ‘’Next’’ Enter the WhatsApp number you want to connect to Qpien and decide which team is responsible for WhatsApp. Then activate your WhatsApp account by scanning your phone's QR on the screen. Phone Status will show as "Active" when the process is completed successfully. 🎉Congratulations. You have successfully linked your account to Qpien.
